Garcia Sets up Two Goals as
U-20 MNT Tops Bolton Reserves
BOLTON, England (May 7, 2008) -- The U.S. Under-20 Men's National Team defeated the Bolton Reserves, 2-0, on Wednesday at Reebok Stadium behind goals from Jorge Flores and Chris Agorsor.
Felix Garcia, who came on as a second-half sub, set up both goals for the U.S. and made an immediate impact by drawing the penalty kick that was converted by Flores in the 50th minute.
In the 73rd minute, the Laredo, Texas native beat a defender down the right side, cut along the endline and slotted the ball for Agorsor, who beat the Bolton goalkeeper with a one-time shot.
Next up for Thomas Rongen's squad are friendlies against the Manchester United Reserves on May 8 and the Liverpool Reserves on May 9.
