Heat U-15’s Open Up Youth Soccer Fall Travel Season in San Antonio

Heat 00 Boys Red Playing in Western District Division One Fall Tournament

 

Laredo, TX (Monday, September 8, 2014): The Laredo Heat Under 15 Boys team travelled to San Antonio this past weekend to open up their 2014 Fall South Texas Youth Soccer Association (STYSA) Western District Division One Association (WDDOA) Tournament.

 The Under 15 Boys earned the right to move up to play in the WDDOA due to their accomplishments over the summer in the Presidents Cup Regional Tournament in Alabama and the Presidents Cup National Tournament in South Carolina. The team also moved up in category, due to their age, as they formally played as the Heat Under 14’s.

The team is coached by Carlos Ordaz.

 

The Laredo Heat Youth Soccer Club and Academy is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Corporation that operates in Laredo and Webb County, Texas for the sole purpose of training the youth in the area in the sport of soccer. The mission of the club is to get youngsters to learn to play soccer, get advanced players into competitive tournaments and teach these youngsters the rules of the game and the importance of proper training, exercise and doing well in school.
